Measure your glazing first, because the through-glass figure is specified up to 6mm and not beyond it, and remember the 435 cd/m² seen through the touch glass has to compete with daylight on that face.

The front face only. That is enough for dust, splashes and daily cleaning on the side the public touches, but the rear of the chassis, the cable entries and the connections are not sealed.
