TopAV operates in audio-visual integration across the UK, serving education, corporate and public-sector clients, and will not knowingly work with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Recruitment and supply chain

We maintain a robust recruitment policy, with every appointment meeting personally with a director, and build supplier relationships on clearly communicated ethical standards.

Due diligence

We assess business partners' anti-slavery and trafficking measures on an ongoing basis, and our supplier approval process checks compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. For international supply chains, where risk is higher, we favour UK contact points and seek assurance that overseas partners have suitable policies in place.

Responsibility and review

Our directors are responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring adequate resources are in place to prevent slavery and trafficking within the business and its supply chain. This statement is reviewed annually.
