Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive an item. To start a return, email [email protected] before sending anything back to Unit 4C, Birches Industrial Estate, Felbridge, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1XZ.

Business and organisational orders

Unused items can be returned within 14 working days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. An RMA number is required before shipment — items sent without one won't be accepted — and must arrive in original packaging and perfect condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.

Consumer orders

Private consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including delivery charges, under the Distance Selling Regulations. An RMA number is still required before shipment. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

What can't be returned

Custom products (special orders or personalised items), final sale items, and special order items are excluded from returns.
