Find the Right Touchscreen for Your Classroom
Plan an interactive classroom display upgrade around viewing distance, teaching needs and installation requirements.
Find a suitable touchscreenBefore you choose
- 01
Measure to the furthest pupil. Our size guide allows for detailed classroom content; a larger diagonal alone cannot resolve every sightline.
- 02
Check how teachers connect their laptops, how touch returns to the computer and whether the school's software supports the proposed display.
- 03
Plan mounting height for reach as well as visibility, and confirm wall construction, power and cable routes before removing the old board.
Your questions answered
Can a touchscreen replace an interactive whiteboard?
It can replace the display and touch functions, but the mounting, computer connections and teaching software need checking separately. Existing projector brackets should not be assumed suitable.
Which measurements should I take?
Measure the distance to the furthest viewer, available wall width and height, and any obstructions. Note the intended mounting height and access for pupils and teachers.
Will my existing connections work?
Check the exact display and computer specifications. Video, touch, charging and network functions can need different cables; a USB-C socket does not guarantee all of them.
