Description
The VIGI SP9030 powers cameras where there is no mains supply. It combines a 90 W 18 V monocrystalline panel rated at 21.6 per cent conversion efficiency with a 31.2 Ah lithium battery at 10.8 V, managed as one intelligent unit rather than a panel and a separate charge controller.
The battery includes intelligent auxiliary heating, which is the specification that matters in a British winter: lithium cells will not accept charge below freezing without it, so an unheated system stops working in exactly the weather when daylight is shortest. With heating, the system is rated to charge and discharge from -30 to 60 degrees C and for more than 500 cycles.
Three 5.5 mm DC outputs supply connected cameras, two rated 9-12.6 V at 2 A and one at 12 V 2 A, alongside a 10/100 Mbps RJ45 port. TP-Link rates the system for two to three IP cameras at an average 3-5 W load. The enclosure is IP66 weatherproof; the panel measures 998 x 516 x 30 mm and the system weighs 15 kg. A pole mount is not included and is ordered separately.
