Description

The NVR4064H is the largest recorder in the VIGI line, taking up to 64 IP channels in a 1U rack chassis. Four SATA bays each accept a 16 TB drive for 64 TB of raw capacity, and an eSATA port allows external expansion beyond that.

Two gigabit Ethernet ports handle the camera and management networks. Default incoming bandwidth is 260 Mbps and outgoing 180 Mbps, both raised to 320 Mbps in extended mode. Decoding is rated at 16 channels of 2MP at 25 fps or eight channels of 4MP at 30 fps, with up to 16-channel synchronous playback subject to resolution.

Two HDMI outputs and a VGA output drive the monitor wall, with HDMI1 supporting 4K at 30 Hz and HDMI2 and VGA at 1920 x 1080; note that HDMI2 and VGA cannot be used at the same time. Display layouts run from a single channel up to 64. The chassis measures 440 x 330 x 44 mm, weighs 4.0 kg net, and draws up to 48.38 W from a 100-240 V AC supply. Cameras connect over the network rather than to onboard PoE, so this model pairs with separate PoE switches.
