Description

The InSight S445S puts the same ultra low-light package as the S345S bullet into a compact turret body. The 1/1.79-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor and F1.0 2.8 mm lens give a wide 112.5-degree horizontal field of view while still reaching a 0.0005 lux minimum illumination, so the camera holds full colour in conditions where a conventional 1/2.7-inch sensor would have already switched to monochrome.

TP-Link's ColorPro 2.0 technology combines the fast optics with an AI-driven ISP that applies multi-stage noise reduction, which is what makes the low-light image usable rather than merely bright. Wide dynamic range is 120 dB, and infrared and white LED illumination each reach 30 m for genuinely dark scenes.

The turret is IP67 sealed and rated -30 to 60 degrees C. It draws 802.3at Class 4 PoE at up to 17.9 W over a single Cat5e run, or 12 V DC at up to 15.6 W. Alarm in and out contacts, two-way audio with a 5 m pickup radius and a microSD slot for cards up to 512 GB are all built in.
