Description

The InSight S345-4G is the answer to a site with no network. Built-in 4G LTE with a nano SIM slot connects the camera directly over the mobile network, which makes it the practical choice for construction sites, remote compounds, car parks and temporary installations where running fibre or copper is not on the table.

In the EU model a 1/2.7-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor records 2688 x 1520 through a 4 mm F1.6 lens covering 80.4 degrees horizontally, with LTE-TDD, LTE-FDD and WCDMA support across bands 1/3/5/7/8/20/28, 38/40/41 and 1/5/8 respectively. Throughput is up to 150 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. Two infrared LEDs reach 50 m and two white LEDs reach 30 m, with 120 dB wide dynamic range.

Three RJ45 10/100M LAN ports let the camera act as the network head for other wired devices on the same remote site. Note that this model does not support PoE and needs a local 12 V DC 1 A supply through a 5.5 mm coaxial plug. The housing is IP66 rated and runs from -30 to 60 degrees C, and the microSD slot takes cards up to 512 GB so footage survives a mobile outage.
