Description

The InSight S245 is a vandal-resistant 4MP dome built for entrances, stairwells, car parks and other places where a camera is within reach. The IK10 housing takes a deliberate impact and the IP67 seal handles direct weather, so the same model works inside and out.

A 1/2.7-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor records at 2688 x 1520 through an F1.6 2.8 mm lens giving 100 degrees horizontally. Illumination is switchable between infrared and white LEDs, both reaching 30 m, with minimum illumination of 0.005 lux and 0 lux under either. 120 dB wide dynamic range keeps faces readable against a bright doorway.

Installation is a single Cat5e run: 802.3af/at Class 0 PoE supplies up to 12.52 W, or you can feed it 12 V DC locally. Two-way audio and a microSD slot for up to 512 GB provide intercom and edge recording, and the camera is rated for continuous operation from -30 to 60 degrees C.
