The XR Backlight Master Drive precisely controls thousands of individually addressable LEDs, while the XR Processor's scene recognition and XR Triluminos Pro colour reproduce a wide, natural colour volume across the 4K panel. XR Clear Image and XR Motion Clarity keep upscaled content and fast motion looking sharp, and Acoustic Multi-Audio provides theatre-style sound with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support directly from the display, useful where external speakers aren't installed. The FWD-85XR70 carries 3 years of Sony PrimeSupport professional cover as standard, including an integrator helpdesk and advanced on-site exchange, extendable to 5 years.
