Description
The Sharp MultiSync PN-E559 extends Sharp/NEC's entry-level E-Series to 55", pairing an IPS panel with Direct LED backlighting to deliver 3840 x 2160 4K UHD resolution at 350 cd/m² brightness. A 25% haze coating reduces glare in bright offices, retail spaces and hospitality settings, while a wide 178-degree viewing angle keeps content consistent from off-axis positions. A built-in SoC media player supports common video formats including MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and H.264 for standalone content scheduling, and the display can be managed remotely over LAN using NaViSet Administrator 2. It is rated for 16 hours a day operation, ENERGY STAR certified, and supports both landscape and portrait mounting. The PN-E559 is a straightforward, cost-effective choice for meeting room displays, reception signage and general commercial messaging where full 4K resolution is needed but continuous 24/7 runtime is not.
