Description
The CS4B (SBB-CS4BPGS/EN) is an S-Box: the controller that drives a Samsung LED cabinet array, handling source switching, scaling, HDR mapping and content playback for the whole wall. Cabinets on their own cannot display anything without one.
It processes up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz on Tizen 6.5, with AI Picture, Multi-Link HDR, LED HDR (Inverse Tone Mapping, Color Mapping, Dynamic Peaking), HDR10/10+Support. Inputs are DP 1.4a x 1, HDMI 2.1 x 2, USB x 2, and the wall is fed over Optic(QSFP+) x 4, SPDIF(Audio), DVI(Service Only). Eco-sensor support is included for semi-indoor brightness control. Frame lock and gen lock are both supported, which matters when the wall has to stay in step with cameras or with a second processor.
The unit measures 440 x 60.5 x 348.9 mm and weighs 3.9 kg, drawing up to 63W and operating from 0°C~40°C. Management is over Ethernet with MagicINFO content management and remote diagnostics. Samsung quotes a 36-month warranty on this controller.
