Description

The VR610 is the overview screen half of ATEN's Room Booking System. Where the door panels show the status of one room, the infoPlayer drives a large display in a lobby or corridor and presents every room at once, either as a readable list of reservations or as a map view that shows people where each space actually is.

It is configured centrally through the RBS Configurator alongside the room panels, and it can carry the organisation's own news and announcements between availability views. A PIR sensor is supplied in the box and plugs into the mini stereo jack; when someone walks up, the on-screen content is enlarged so it can be read at close range.

The unit has a mini HDMI input and a standard HDMI output supporting up to 4K at 60 Hz, Gigabit Ethernet with 802.3at PoE+, and USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and USB-C ports. It runs on a dual CPU with 4 GB of RAM and 16 GB of flash, in a metal housing weighing half a kilogram. Supplied as part number VR610-AT.
