Description

The Lumens PS753 is a 300x zoom desktop document camera built around a professional Sony imaging sensor. Lumens states it delivers vivid colours and detailed pictures whether reproducing a document or a 3D object, and that it is designed for lecture halls and professional meetings that need the highest resolution images on large screens or where capturing fine detail is essential.

It outputs over HDMI, VGA, USB and IP (RTSP / H.264), and is powered over Ethernet (PoE+, IEEE 802.3at) so no separate power supply is needed. The shooting area is 522 x 308 mm — larger than A3 — and ePTZ can change the camera angle and position to focus on part of the object.

Dual LED side lamps on adjustable gooseneck mounts light objects from above without glare, and a backlit LED under the display area illuminates photo negatives and X-rays from below.

Auto-Tune calibrates the camera in one press. Onboard annotation works with a USB mouse without extra software, and recordings go to a USB flash drive expandable to 4 TB. Lumens publishes a 5-year warranty for this model.
