Description
The Elmo PX-30E is the top model in Elmo's PX series of professional document cameras. Elmo positions the PX series for professional use: large conferences, technical seminars and TV conferences where 3D objects must be shown, and courtrooms where physical evidence is critical.
The 1/2.3" CMOS sensor gives 8.3M effective pixels at 16:9 and outputs 4K (3840 x 2160) over HDMI at up to 30 fps (60 fps at Full HD). Magnification is x288 in total — x12 optical, x2 sensor and x12 digital. The shooting area is 470 x 259 mm at 16:9, so A3 originals fit, and the integrated stage is writable.
A 5" touch screen on the unit handles preview and operation, including area focus by touch, and there are zoom and auto-focus keys on both the stage and the camera head. The arm is foldable and both arm and head are adjustable.
Interfaces on the PX-30E are HDMI in x2 / out x1 (Type A, v1.4) with pass-through, RGB in/out x1, USB x2 Type-A (2.0) and x1 Type-B (3.0), LAN x1 with Wake-on-LAN, RS-232C x1, HDBaseT x1, audio out, mic in and an SD slot. It ships with a remote commander and a whiteboard sheet. Elmo states a 5-year warranty.
Note: the PX-10E is the Full HD sibling of this model and does not have the LAN or HDBaseT ports; make sure the part number you order is the PX-30E if you need 4K and network control.
