Description
The BTG-N1509IRODVA/W is a 5MP eyeball camera with a manually adjustable 2.8-12 mm varifocal lens, which lets the installer set the field of view precisely at commissioning rather than accepting whatever a fixed lens gives. That flexibility makes it a useful general-purpose camera to hold in stock across mixed sites.
The 5MP sensor records 2592 x 1944 with H.265+, H.265 and H.264 compression and a customisable bitrate from 8 Kbps to 32 Mbps, so the stream can be tuned to the storage and bandwidth actually available. Signal-to-noise ratio is better than 50 dB and infrared reaches 115 feet.
Power is PoE or 12 V DC with a draw of 88 to 93 mA, and the camera speaks ONVIF so it will register with third-party recorders as well as Bolide's own. The housing is IP66 rated and both operating and storage temperature ranges run from -40 to 60 degrees C, which is a wider band than most cameras in this class.
