Description

The SH753P sits between BenQ's meeting-room and installation ranges: 5,000 ANSI lumens at native 1920 x 1080 from a lamp light source, in a 3.3kg body that still ceiling-mounts on a standard bracket. It is the projector for a large classroom or a training room that needs more output than a 3,500-lumen unit can supply.

A 1.39-2.09:1 throw ratio with 1.5x zoom and a 115% offset gives a useful amount of latitude over mount position, and 2D keystone correction of ±30 degrees on both axes covers the rest. Contrast is 13,000:1 with 30-bit colour.

The connector panel is set up for a fixed install rather than a trolley: LAN for control and monitoring, RS232, a 12V trigger for a motorised screen, a microphone input feeding the 10W speaker, twin HDMI (one with MHL), D-sub in and monitor out and composite video. Lamp life is 2,500 hours normal, 3,500 eco and 4,500 in SmartEco.
