Description
The BenQ Board Essential RE05A is the Google EDLA-certified interactive display BenQ builds for everyday classroom teaching. Android 16 runs on an eight-core Arm chipset with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, and a 6 TOPS NPU handles the on-device AI features without pushing lesson content into the cloud. Because the board is EDLA certified, the Google Play Store and core Google services are installed natively rather than bolted on.

The VA panel runs at 4K UHD with a 5,500:1 typical contrast ratio and 400 nits of brightness, sitting behind 9H tempered anti-glare glass. Precision IR touch tracks up to 50 simultaneous points, so a whole group can annotate at once, and EZWrite 6.0 provides the whiteboarding layer with InstaShare 2 for casting from staff and pupil devices.
Connectivity covers three HDMI 2.0 inputs, an HDMI output, USB-A, a 65W USB-C port, Ethernet and RS-232, with 2 x 25W front-firing speakers built in. Supplied by TopAV with UK delivery and installation available.
