Description

The BenQ Board Essential RE05E is the Google EDLA-certified interactive display aimed at schools that want current Android with a long software runway. It ships on Android 16 with an eight-core Arm chipset, 8GB of memory, 128GB of storage and a 6 TOPS NPU for the on-device AI tools, so the Play Store and Google's education services are available natively.

The IPS panel is 4K UHD at 450 nits with a 1200:1 contrast ratio, protected by 9H tempered glass. Precision IR touch registers up to 50 points with a sub-5ms response, and EZWrite 6.0 handles whiteboarding. Ports run to three HDMI 2.0 inputs, one USB 2.0 and three USB 3.0 Type-A connectors and gigabit Ethernet, with 2 x 20W speakers.
