Absen iCon X136 4K 136" All-in-One LED Conference Display

The Absen iCon X136 4K is the 4K member of Absen's all-in-one LED conference range: a 136-inch seamless display with a native 3840 x 2160 resolution across a 3000 x 1687.5 mm active area. Where the Full HD X Series is built for presentation at normal meeting-room distances, the 4K version is aimed at rooms where people sit close to the screen or work with detailed content - CAD, mapping, control-room dashboards, design review - and would see the pixel structure on a coarser pitch.

It is still a complete kit: LED modules, controller, power supply and audio arrive matched, factory calibrated and pre-assembled by column, with a 97 per cent screen-to-body ratio and an ambient light sensor that trims brightness as room lighting changes. Absen rates the panel at 350 nits with a 15,000:1 contrast ratio, 13-bit greyscale and a 3840 Hz refresh rate, viewable at 160 degrees in both axes. Power draw is 548 W average, 1645 W maximum.

The controller is a step up from the Full HD models - an eight-core Cortex-A73 and A53 processor with 8 GB of DDR4 and 128 GB of storage running Android 11.0, with Windows available through an optional OPS module. Connectivity covers two HDMI 2.0 inputs, an HDMI 2.0 output, four USB 3.0 ports, USB-C, analogue audio out and SPDIF, with RJ45 and RS232 for control system integration. Assembled size is 3010 x 1732.5 x 39.3 mm (W x H x D); it can be wall mounted, put on a mobile stand or fitted to Absen's electric height-adjustable bracket.
