Description
The ZRCT-300 is the controller a Sony Crystal LED wall is built around. It accepts two HDMI and two DisplayPort 1.2 inputs at up to 3840 x 2160 and 120 fps, and distributes the image across the cabinets over twelve RJ45 outputs.
Capacity depends on the cabinet: one controller drives up to 64 of the 1.2-class cabinets (ZRD-B12A, C12A, BH12D, CH12D) or up to 100 of the 1.5-class cabinets (ZRD-B15A, C15A, BH15D, CH15D). For walls beyond that, up to 20 controllers can be linked together, so the ceiling is the build rather than the hardware.
It is a 1.5U 19-inch rack unit at 440 x 65 x 349 mm and about 6.4 kg, controlled over Ethernet or USB, with fan noise rated between 27 and 32 dBA depending on room temperature. Where the rack cannot sit near the wall, pair it with ZRA-T1 and ZRA-R1 optical extenders for runs of up to 300 m.
