Description
The IW008C belongs to The Wall IWC series, the current generation of Samsung's indoor MicroLED signage. Each cabinet carries 960 x 540 pixels at 0.84mm pitch and is designed to tile seamlessly with its neighbours; the array size is set at design stage, so this listing is priced per cabinet rather than per screen.
IWC pushes contrast well beyond LCD — 30000:1 at 600 nit — using Flip-chip RGB LED (173*86) flip-chip emitters with 170/155° viewing angles. The 120 Hz video rate and 3840 Hz refresh rate suit broadcast studios and any room where the wall will be filmed. Maximum consumption is 355 W/㎡.
A working IWC installation also needs a Samsung S-Box controller, a mounting frame and a commissioning visit; power and data are distributed across the array rather than fed to each cabinet independently.
