A Full Array LED backlight with local dimming drives deep contrast and even brightness across the panel at up to 500 nits, while Sony's Cognitive Processor XR analyses on-screen content the way the human eye does, cross-analysing colour, contrast and clarity for lifelike detail in bright rooms. Built on Google TV, the FWD-98X90L supports thousands of streaming and content apps alongside standard commercial connectivity (multiple HDMI inputs, USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi), making it equally at home running a scheduled content management system or acting as a large-format presentation display.
