Description
The Sharp MultiSync PN-P506 is a 50" professional large format display engineered for the most demanding always-on installations, such as control rooms, passenger information systems and prestige retail or corporate signage. It uses a VA panel with Direct LED backlighting to deliver 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution at a very high 700 cd/m² brightness with an 8000:1 contrast ratio, remaining legible even in strong ambient light. A high-haze panel and NEC's SpectraView Engine give full control over colour, gamma and uniformity, while HDMI and DisplayPort daisy-chaining support multi-screen video walls. Native USB-C connectivity, 802.1x LAN security, and compatibility with Intel Smart Display Modules, Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 and Matrox IPMX give integrators flexible options for embedded computing and AV-over-IP deployments. Built around a slim, flame-resistant all-metal chassis for use in heavy-traffic public spaces, the P506 is rated for full 24/7 operation.
