Description

The HSP Essential Omni is Sennheiser's answer to the problem that professional headworn microphones cost more than most budgets allow. It compresses the requirements that matter — sound, comfort and robustness — into a substantially cheaper product, and leaves out the rest.

At 25 g the pressure on the head is very light, and the continuously adjustable neckband fits any head size or shape. The boom is deliberately slim and can be positioned on the left or right. The newly developed KE 4 condenser capsule is omnidirectional and handles up to 148 dB SPL, so it stays clean even with a loud voice at close range, and the patented umbrella diaphragm plus a rubber sealing ring make it sweat resistant.

It is designed to be serviced rather than replaced: the individual parts can be ordered and swapped separately. The coating is high quality and allergy-friendly. This item is the beige version with a 3.5 mm connector; a black version is also made. Sennheiser's standard warranty is two years.
