Description

The HS 2 is a neckworn microphone built around a very robust steel wire cable, and that cable is the reason it gets specified for schools, theatres and touring shows rather than a lighter headset. It carries the omnidirectional MKE 2 capsule, so sound quality is not compromised by the ruggedness.

The combination of a small capsule and a short gooseneck makes it easy to bring the microphone into the right position and keep it there. Because the capsule is omnidirectional it is tolerant of head movement, which suits both singers and speakers. It is available in beige and black and with a 3.5 mm jack or a 3-pin connector.

This item is the black version with the 3.5 mm EW jack, for Sennheiser evolution wireless bodypack transmitters. The transmitter is a separate purchase. Sennheiser's standard warranty is two years.
