Description
The EM13DX uses a colour e-paper panel rather than an LCD: there is no backlight, so the image is formed by reflected room light and holds on screen without drawing power between updates. That makes it a very different proposition from a small LCD sign — it is quiet, cool, and cheap to run where the content changes a few times a day rather than every few seconds.

The panel is 13.3" at 1200 x 1600 in a 17.9 mm-deep chassis weighing 0.9 kg. Connectivity is Wi-Fi 5: 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Yes (5.0) with 2 USB ports and 8GB of internal storage, so content updates arrive over the network with no player box behind the screen.
It mounts on a 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern and ships with simple stands in the box, and Samsung lists the WMN-2090SC as the optional wall mount. Rated for 24/7 operation across 0 ~ 40 ℃, it suits meeting-room door signs, retail shelf edges, price and menu cards, and hot-desk labelling.
