Logitech Tap Scheduler - White

Logitech Tap Scheduler is a dedicated room booking panel that mounts outside a meeting space so people can see whether it is free and claim it on the spot. The 10.1in IPS touchscreen runs at 1280 x 800 with 400 nits of brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and an 85° viewing angle in every direction, and takes 10-point capacitive touch through an oleophobic anti-fingerprint coating that stands up to routine cleaning.

Availability lighting along the edge shows green or red so a room's status can be read from down the corridor without walking up to the panel. Tap Scheduler mounts flat against the surface with no offset, and the included multi-surface mount for glass and drywall, corner mount accessory and mullion mount cover most installation situations. Cables exit horizontally, vertically or through the centre and are hidden inside the mount. An optional Tap Scheduler Angle Mount adds 14° for lower placements.

A single PoE cable to IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3 supplies both power and network, with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi as an alternative. The panel is certified for or compatible with Microsoft Teams Panel, Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, Robin, Appspace, Ricoh Spaces, Envoy Rooms, Korbyt, Comeen and Logitech Room Booking, and is managed remotely through Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Zoom Device Management. AES-128 full disk encryption and device attestation protect the unit. Two-year limited hardware warranty.
