Logitech Tap Scheduler - Graphite

Tap Scheduler is Logitech's dedicated scheduling panel for meeting rooms. It mounts outside the door and shows the room's status at a glance through green or red availability lighting, with the meeting details and booking controls on a 10.1 inch touchscreen. Staff can claim a free room on the spot or book a future slot without opening a calendar app.

The display is a 1280 x 800 IPS LCD panel with LED backlighting, 400 nits of brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and an 85 degree viewing angle in every direction. It takes ten-point capacitive multi-touch, and an oleophobic coating resists fingerprints. The screen is sealed into the housing so the panel survives routine cleaning. It mounts flat against the wall with no offset, sitting 31.4 mm proud when surface mounted, and an accelerometer and ambient light sensor are built in.

Power and data both arrive over a single Ethernet run: Tap Scheduler is an IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3 PoE device, so a PoE-enabled switch or injector and an Ethernet cable are required and are not supplied. Cables can exit horizontally, vertically or through the centre. It is certified for or compatible with Microsoft Teams Panel, Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, Robin, Appspace, Ricoh Spaces, Envoy Rooms, Korbyt, Comeen and Logitech Room Booking, and is managed through Logitech Sync, the Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Zoom Device Management. The graphite plastics are 54 per cent post-consumer recycled material and the product is certified carbon neutral.
