Description

Spotlight 2 is Logitech's flagship presentation remote and the successor to the original Spotlight. It keeps the digital highlighting that made the first model useful - move the remote and a spotlight, magnifier or now a square highlight and freehand annotation follow the cursor on screen, which reads clearly on a video call as well as in a room - and adds a real Class 1 laser for the times the audience is looking at a physical screen.

Control is by three buttons plus a customisable action button, all configurable in Logi Options+. Haptic feedback confirms a press without the presenter having to look down, and the same haptics drive an optional guided breathing cue. The remote pairs over Bluetooth Low Energy or the supplied Logi Bolt USB-C receiver and works at up to 30 m.

Power is an internal rechargeable lithium-ion cell rated at three months per charge, with a one-minute top-up giving roughly three hours of use. It works with PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and the common video platforms on Windows 10/11 and macOS 14 or later.
