Logitech RoomMate + Tap IP Base Bundle - EU Version

The Logitech Base Bundle adds appliance-based video conferencing to a room that already has a Logitech camera. It pairs a RoomMate compute appliance with a Tap IP touch controller and a Compute Mount, so an existing MeetUp, Rally Camera, Rally or Rally Plus can be turned into a one-touch-join meeting room without installing a dedicated room PC.

RoomMate runs Logitech CollabOS and supports one or two displays through its two HDMI outputs, with an HDMI input for wired content sharing and three USB Type-A ports for peripherals. It connects over 10/100/1G Ethernet or 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, and protects the room with AES-128 full disk encryption, device attestation and a Kensington lock slot. Tap IP is a 10.1in 1280 x 800 touch controller powered and networked by a single PoE cable to IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3, with internal cable retention and strain relief.

Compute Mount secures RoomMate out of sight on a 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern and includes a cable retention clamp. The bundle is certified for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams on Android and RingCentral Rooms, and is managed remotely through Logitech Sync. Verified audio partners include Biamp TesiraFORTE X 400, QSC Q-SYS Core 8 Flex and Shure IntelliMix P300. Two-year limited hardware warranty.

This is the EU, South East Asia and Indonesia regional variant. Logitech lists 991-000401 for the UK and Hong Kong and 991-000402 for Switzerland; the hardware is identical and the part numbers differ by supplied mains cabling for the region.
