Logitech MeetUp + RoomMate + Tap IP Room Solution - Swiss Version

This Logitech room solution puts everything a huddle space or small meeting room needs in one box: a MeetUp all-in-one conference camera, a RoomMate compute appliance, a Tap IP touch controller and a Compute Mount. MeetUp combines a motorised ultra-wide lens with a 120° diagonal field of view, 5x digital zoom and +/-25° pan and +/-15° tilt, giving 163° by 110° of total room coverage from a single unit at the front of the room. Three beamforming microphone elements pick up voices to 4 m with acoustic echo cancellation and AI noise suppression, and the integrated full-range speaker reaches 95 dB SPL at half a metre.

RoomMate removes the need for a dedicated room PC. Running Logitech CollabOS, it drives one or two displays over its two HDMI outputs, accepts wired content on its HDMI input, and connects over Gigabit Ethernet or Wi-Fi with AES-128 full disk encryption and Arm TrustZone key protection. Tap IP joins the meeting with a single touch on its 10.1in 1280 x 800 screen and takes both power and data from one PoE cable, so no mains outlet is needed at the table.

The supplied Compute Mount fixes RoomMate behind a display or under a table with a cable retention clamp, keeping the install tidy and secure. All four components are certified for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams on Android and RingCentral Rooms, and the whole room can be monitored and updated remotely through Logitech Sync. Two-year limited hardware warranty.

This is the Swiss regional variant of the kit. Logitech lists 991-000411 for the EU and 991-000412 for the UK; the hardware is the same and the part numbers differ by supplied mains cabling for the region.
