Logitech Entry-Level Small Room Solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows

Logitech's entry-level small room solution turns a small meeting room or BYOD space into a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows room. The box contains the Logitech MeetUp 2 conference camera, a Logitech Tap with USB Kit touch controller, a Lenovo ThinkSmart Tiny mini PC and a Logitech Compute Mount, plus documentation.

MeetUp 2 provides a digital 4K PTZ camera with AI-driven framing, a six-microphone beamforming array and a single full-range ported speaker with a bass reflex enclosure and patented suspension design. It measures 469.2 mm wide and 1.8 kg, ships with a Multi Mount for display, table or wall placement, and connects over the supplied 3 m USB-C to USB-C 2.0 cable. RightSight 2 and RightSound 2 run on the device, and it can be managed through Logitech Sync as well as the Microsoft Teams admin tooling.

The Tap with USB Kit controller has a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 screen at a 14 degree angle with an oleophobic anti-glare coating, and connects over a single USB-C cable carrying data, video and power from the host PC - which limits its placement to 5 m from the compute, where the standard Cat5e-based small room solution allows up to 40 m. Teams Rooms runs on a Lenovo ThinkSmart Tiny with a 13th generation Intel Core i3, 16 GB of dual-channel RAM and a 256 GB SSD, secured by the Compute Mount, which fits 75 mm or 100 mm VESA patterns. A Microsoft Teams Rooms licence is required and is not included.
