The UH7F series is a UHD signage that has been optimized for various indoor environments. It features superior UHD quality, slim design, external dust protection, and various convenience for users.
ULTRA HD Resolution
UHD resolution is 4 times higher than FHD, which makes the color and details of the contents more vivid and realistic. In addition, the IPS Panel allows for wider viewing angles and provides clearer content with no distortion.
High Efficiency Video Coding
The UH7F series supports High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) which efficiently compresses/decompresses high-capacity UHD contents, playing ultra-high quality videos with half the network traffic when compared to the existing H.264 codec.
Narrow Bezel & Slim Depth
The UH7F series has a smaller bezel size and thickness, which saves space and enables easy installation. In addition, it increases the immersive experience from the screen and provides a sophisticated design, improving the d?©cor of the space where the product is installed.
Detachable Logo and Built-in Speaker
The UH7F series contents will be enriched with sound effects from built-in speakers. The LG logo on this display series is transparent and removable, giving flexibility for installation.
IP5x Certified Design
The UH7F series is IP5x Dust-Proof Certified which ensures that the product is completely protected from dust, eliminating the risk of performance degradation.
30¬? Tilting Installation
When a display is installed at high places, it is usually tilted for the user's comfort viewing. In consideration of this, the UH7F series supports the installation with 30 degrees of tilt*.
* Tilt installation of up to 30 degrees facedown is supported.(in conditions within 30¬?C temperature, 50% humidity)
Auto Screen Rotation
The UH7F series automatically detects its orientation (landscape or portrait mode) in the initial installation step, so manual rotation set-up process isn't required. The direction of the on-screen display and background contents will be set when you turn on a display for the first time.
Fine Adjustment
The UH7F series is equipped with a "horizontal sensor" which shows users the degree of tilt the display has, allowing for precise installation.
Remote Monitoring
With remote monitoring, the UH7F series can email notification to the user when there is a problem, such as tilting from external impact. The user is able to operate the product in a safer manner and get information quickly when a problem arises.
Simple Accessibility
Unlike previous models where various buttons have to be pressed for control, the UH7F series provides a single joystick to easily facilitate power on/off, input/setting operation, volume control, etc.
High-Performance with webOS

Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
