A 75-inch 4K UHD signage display with an 800 cd/m² VA panel, roughly 60 percent brighter than the 500 cd/m² mainstream tier, at 5000:1 static contrast, with Android 14 on board, a fanless 24/7 rating and an IP5X-rated front face.
TopAV buying advice
Is the iiyama LH7566UHSB-B1AG right for your reception?
The largest size in the high-brightness range, for a big glazed space read from a distance.
Shortlist the LH7566UHSB-B1AG where the room is both large and full of daylight: a double-height atrium, a flagship store window, a concourse, an exhibition space, a large corporate reception. At 75 inches a headline still reads from the far end of the room, and the 800 cd/m² panel is what keeps it readable when the glazing is working against you. The panel is VA at 5000:1 static contrast, so it holds depth in the evening as well. Treat it as a high-brightness indoor display rather than something for the outside of a building; iiyama publishes no weather rating for it. The practical constraint is physical: 1679 x 957.1 x 69mm, 28kg bare and 39.63kg boxed, so the wall, the bracket and the route to it all need planning before the order.
Reasons to shortlist it
- The panel is rated at 800 cd/m², against the 500 cd/m² that iiyama's mainstream signage models carry. That is roughly 60 percent more light, and on a screen this size, usually facing a wall of glass, it is the difference between a display that carries the room and one that only works before and after the middle of the day.
- It is a VA panel at 5000:1 static contrast behind anti-glare coated glass with a matte finish and 25% haze. On a panel this large a reflection is a large reflection, so the matte low-haze coating does real work, and the contrast is what keeps dark content from flattening out once the daylight drops away.
- The front face carries an IP5X rating, which in the IP scheme is the dust figure rather than the water one. On a screen at this size and price, in a public space nobody can easily reach to clean, that is a maintenance argument as much as a protection one: less airborne dust behind the glass, less visible haze over the years it will be up there.
- iiyama rates it for 24/7 non-stop operation with a fanless chassis, anti image retention and a 50,000 hour MTBF figure that excludes the backlight. Anti image retention is the one to note here, because a screen this size usually carries a fixed logo, header or template for months at a time, and fanless means no noise in a reception and nothing to clog in a busy concourse.
- Android 14 runs on the display on an MT9679 SOC with 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage, carrying iiSignage2 content management, iiControl, iiShare, EShare, FailOver, TeamViewer, a PDF and media player, iiBrowser and a file manager, with WiFi 5 on 2.4G and 5G. Two HDMI 2.0 inputs at 3840 x 2160 60Hz and a USB-C input with DisplayPort Alt Mode take an external source, and RS-232c, RJ45 and IR take control, which matters when the screen is somewhere nobody can reach with a remote.
Check before you choose
- This is the heavy one. At 28kg bare, 39.63kg boxed and 1679 x 957.1 x 69mm, it needs a structural wall or a rated stand, more than two people to place safely at height, and a route into the building that will take the box. Check the mounting pattern and the supplied kit in the specification table against the bracket, and check the access before you order rather than on the day.
- High brightness is not a weather rating. iiyama publishes an operating temperature range of 0 to 40C, a plastic housing and a front-face ingress rating only, so this belongs inside the building rather than on the face of it. The IP5X rating covers the front face; the rear of the chassis and the cable entries are not protected, and a glazed bay that traps heat needs checking against that temperature range.
- Running costs and audio scale differently from the picture. The display draws 219W typical and carries energy class G, so a screen left on around the clock is a real line on the bill, and the speakers are 2 x 10W, the same pair fitted to the 43-inch. In an atrium that is enough for a notification chime but not for anything anyone needs to hear across the room, so plan external audio if sound matters.
See the 75" on your wall, to scale
On a phone, point your camera at the wall and see the 75" there at its real size. On a computer, upload a photo of the wall (or scan the QR code to take one with your phone and it will appear here) and drag the display around it to scale.

What to plan before installing the LH7566UHSB-B1AG
01
Measure the light and the viewing distance
Walk the space and note the daylight falling on the glass and the furthest point people will read from. The 800 cd/m² panel answers the light, the 75-inch diagonal answers the distance, and they are separate decisions. Confirm the position is inside the building and within the 0 to 40C operating range, and that the sun does not sit behind the screen and put the viewer into glare.
02
Plan the lift, the mount and the power
The chassis is 1679 x 957.1 x 69mm and 28kg, 39.63kg in its box, so plan the access route, the number of people and the working height before anything else, landscape or portrait. The wall needs to be structural or the stand rated for it, and the mounting pattern and the kit supplied are listed in the specification table. Allow a socket behind the screen for a 219W typical draw and keep the rear connections reachable, because nothing at the back is sealed. iiyama lists a 500 x 500 mm VESA pattern.
03
Decide what drives the content
Either schedule the content on the built-in Android 14 system with iiSignage2 over WiFi 5 or the wired LAN port, or feed it from an external player or PC over HDMI or USB-C and let FailOver restore the picture when that source comes back. With RS-232c, RJ45 and IR control inputs it can also be powered and switched from a room control system, which is worth doing on a screen nobody can reach. Tell us if you want the bracket, a stand, the cabling or the installation quoted alongside the display.
Display price is for the panel. Installation and optional equipment are quoted separately. Purchase-order terms are available to approved education customers.
Build a quote you can compare
Include these details in your project enquiry so the quote covers the room as well as the screen.

iiyama LH7566UHSB-B1AG questions answered
Who is the iiyama ProLite LH7566UHSB-B1AG best suited to?
Anyone specifying the largest screen in a big, bright public space: an atrium, a flagship store, a concourse, an exhibition hall, a leisure centre or a large corporate reception. It is a signage display built to run unattended for years, so it suits a welcome wall, a wayfinding or departures board or a rolling promotion rather than anything interactive.
What does 800 cd/m² actually buy me?
Readability where the ambient light is high. Mainstream signage panels sit at 350 to 500 cd/m², which is right for a corridor, an office or a room away from windows. At 800 cd/m² this panel puts out roughly 60 percent more light than the 500 cd/m² tier, which is what keeps content legible when daylight is falling across the glass. In a shaded position you would be paying for headroom you never use.
What does the install actually involve?
Planning, mostly. The chassis is 1679 x 957.1 x 69mm and 28kg, 39.63kg boxed, so you need a route into the building that takes the box, enough people to place it safely at height, and a structural wall or a rated stand. Plasterboard alone will not do. Check the mounting pattern and the supplied kit in the specification table against your bracket, and allow a socket behind the screen for a 219W typical draw.
Can it be mounted outside the building?
No. This is a high-brightness display for indoor positions. iiyama publishes an operating range of 0 to 40C, a plastic housing and an ingress rating for the front face only, with no weather rating of any kind, and the rear of the chassis and its cable entries are unprotected. A screen that has to live in the open air needs a purpose-built enclosure or a display designed for exterior use, which this is not.
What does the IP5X rating cover?
The front face, and specifically dust. In the IP scheme the first digit covers solid particles and the second covers water, and a digit written as X means that figure is not stated, so IP5X is a dust claim with nothing said about water. On a screen mounted high in a public space it is mainly a maintenance benefit. The rear of the chassis and the cable entries are not covered, so the position still has to be sensible.
Are the speakers enough for a large room?
Probably not. The display carries 2 x 10W speakers and a 3.5mm audio output. That pair is the same one fitted to the 43-inch in this family, so in an atrium or a concourse it will manage a chime or a short announcement close to the screen but will not carry across the space. If sound is part of the brief, plan external speakers fed from the audio output and tell us so we can quote them.
Does it need a separate media player?
No. Android 14 runs on the display itself on an MT9679 SOC with 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage, carrying iiSignage2 for scheduling, iiControl for device management, iiShare and EShare for wireless sharing, TeamViewer for remote support, a PDF and media player, a browser and a file manager, with WiFi 5 on 2.4G and 5G or a wired LAN port. Two HDMI 2.0 inputs and a USB-C input are there if you would rather drive it from a player or a PC, and FailOver brings the picture back on its own.
Can it run all day, every day?
Yes. iiyama rates it for 24/7 non-stop operation, with a fanless chassis, anti image retention and a 50,000 hour MTBF figure that excludes the backlight. That rating is the practical difference between this and a consumer television of a similar size, which is designed around a few hours of use a day. At 219W typical and energy class G, round-the-clock running is worth costing before you commit to it.
Should I choose the 75-inch or the 65-inch LH6566UHSB-B1AG?
The panel specification is identical: 4K UHD VA at 800 cd/m² and 5000:1 static contrast, 2 x 10W speakers, Android 14, fanless 24/7 and an IP5X front face. Everything that differs is physical or financial. The 75-inch reads from further back and fills a taller wall; the 65-inch is 17.81kg against 28kg, 1456.5 x 831.5 x 69mm against 1679 x 957.1 x 69mm, and 194W typical against 219W. Specify the 75-inch where the viewing distance genuinely needs it and the wall and access take it comfortably, and the 65-inch where either is tight.
