Description
The Lifestudio Pop Plus EF-62B is the 4K PRO-UHD model in Epson's portable smart projector line. At 1.6kg and 199 x 190 x 75mm it travels between rooms easily, and Google TV runs on the projector itself so it needs nothing but power and a wall.
The optical engine is 3LCD with a Triple Core Engine and a 20,000-hour LED light source rated at 700 lumens of both white and colour light output. Contrast is quoted at over 5,000,000:1 with HDR10 and HLG support and up to 1.07 billion colours. A 1.20:1 throw ratio and digital zoom to 3.33x cover images from 30 to 150 inches at 0.8-4m.
Audio is by Bose — 5W plus 5W, two-way with dual passive radiators and four sound modes — which is the practical difference between a portable projector you can watch a film on and one that needs a speaker attached. Setup is handled by automatic shape correction, screen fit and intelligent instant setup, and Epson's warranty is 60 months carry-in or 12,000 hours.
