Description

The CO-FH01 is the Full HD model in Epson's CO series, aimed at people who want a big picture without a calibrated cinema room. 3LCD gives it 3,000 lumens of colour light output alongside 3,000 lumens white, which is the reason a daytime sports broadcast still looks like colour rather than a grey wash.

Native 1080p resolution runs from a 0.59-inch panel with MLA, and the 1.19-1.61:1 throw ratio supports an image from 26 up to 391 inches. Digital zoom to 1.35x and manual horizontal and vertical keystone correction cover the awkward positions a portable projector ends up in.

Connections are deliberately minimal — a single HDMI input plus USB — and there is a built-in speaker, so a games console or streaming stick and a power lead are the whole install. The UHE lamp is rated at 6,000 hours normal and 12,000 hours in economy mode. The chassis is 295 x 211 x 87mm and 2.4kg.
