Description
The Barco G62-W9 extends Barco's single-chip G-series offering with a 9,000 ISO lumen (8,900 center lumen) WUXGA projector aimed at installations that need more brightness and connectivity headroom than the G50 range. It is a single-chip DLP laser phosphor projector with 1,920 x 1,200 native resolution, 1,200:1 sequential contrast (6,000:1 dynamic, up to 750,000:1 with Extreme Black), and a laser phosphor light source rated for up to 20,000 hours. The G62 platform adds HDMI 2.0 input capability and higher bandwidth than its G60 predecessor, making it 4K-compatible (input signals scaled to WUXGA output) and 3D-ready with active stereoscopic 3D support. It is available in black or white chassis and is compatible with Barco's full G-series lens fleet, offering vertical lens shift up to 100% and horizontal up to 30% depending on the lens fitted. This body-only unit ships without a lens, letting integrators specify the correct G-lens for their throw distance. It supports embedded warp & blend via Barco's Projector Toolset software and is backed by Barco's guaranteed service and support programme.
