Description

The Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 is a 10.1-inch meeting room scheduling panel running Android 13. It shows room availability on a multi-point capacitive touchscreen, and its full RGB LED bars on both sides show room status from any angle.

An ambient light sensor adjusts the screen brightness, and a time-of-flight proximity sensor wakes the screen as someone approaches. A built-in 13.56 MHz NFC/RFID reader supports badge check-in, and Bluetooth 5.0 lets it link to a Yealink RoomSensor for automatic check-in and release, where the booking app supports these functions. It also has two microphones and two speakers.

The panel runs from PoE or a 12 V DC supply and connects over Fast Ethernet or Wi-Fi 5. Flat (0°) and 20° wall brackets and a mullion bracket allow mounting on walls, glass or narrow frames. Supported platforms include Microsoft Teams and Zoom, plus third-party booking systems such as GoBright, Gingco, Flowscape, Space Connect and Appspace.
