Description

The Jabra Scheduler is a room booking panel: a 10.1-inch touchscreen that sits outside a meeting room and shows whether it is free. The lightbar along the edge is the part that does most of the work, because it makes room status readable from the other end of a corridor rather than only when you are standing in front of it.

Rooms can be booked from the panel itself or from a calendar, and the screen shows current availability and the upcoming schedule at a glance. It runs Android 13, is certified as a Microsoft Teams panel and a Zoom Rooms scheduling display, and meets ADA requirements.

Mounting hardware for wall, mullion, 25-degree angled and glass installations is included in the box along with glass mounting adhesive and a screw tool, and power is over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) so only one cable reaches the panel. Two proximity sensors wake the display. Management and updates run through Jabra+.
