Description

The ViewSonic UMB202 is an all-in-one video bar for meeting rooms — camera, microphone array and speaker in a single 462mm unit that connects to the room computer over one USB-C cable. It is part of the ViewSonic TeamJoin range for Microsoft Teams Rooms and pairs naturally with the TRS10 computing engine.

Imaging uses a Sony IMX577 1/2.3 inch, CMOS, 12M pixel sensor behind a 117.8° (DFOV) diagonal lens, with EPTZ (5X digital Zoom) and automatic framing that follows who is actually in the room rather than holding a fixed wide shot. Direction-of-arrival voice tracking pushes the frame toward whoever is speaking.

Audio is a 6 element, 8 meters pickup range beamforming array paired with a two-way soundbar, which covers the small-to-medium rooms this class of device is designed for. It presents as a standard UVC 1.1 camera and UAC 2.0 audio device, so it works with Teams, Zoom, Meet or anything else that speaks USB video and audio.
