Description

The ViewSonic TeamJoin TRS10 is a two-part Microsoft Teams Rooms kit: an MPC310-W31-TU computing engine and an MRC1010-TN touch console. Teams Rooms arrives pre-installed on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, so the room joins the Teams estate as a certified device rather than as a PC someone has configured by hand.

The computing engine runs an Intel i3-1220P (1.5G) with 8GB (4x2) of memory and a 128GB SATA M.2 SSD, with TPM 2.0 on board. Connectivity covers four USB 3.0 Type-A ports, USB-C, HDMI video out and gigabit Ethernet, plus a Kensington lock point and a VESA bracket for tucking the engine behind a display.

The console is a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 10-point touch panel with an HDMI ingest port, so a guest can present from their own laptop straight into the meeting without an account. A PIR presence sensor wakes the room as someone walks in and stands it down again afterwards, which removes the most common source of "the room was already in a meeting" confusion.
