Description

The ST124HDVW takes a single 4K 60Hz HDMI input and splits it into four 1080p HDMI outputs to build a 2x2 video wall. Because the splitting and scaling are done in hardware rather than by a PC graphics driver, the wall comes up the same way every time and does not depend on the source machine's display settings.

The 2x2 layout is pre-configured out of the box, and EDID emulation lets the source detect the wall correctly and send the right video format. Bezel compensation adjusts the image so that the picture lines up across the gaps between the panels. Other layouts are available too, including 1x1, 1x4 and mirrored duplication.

RS232 and Ethernet ports allow configuration and switching from a Windows application, command line, Telnet or UDP. The ventilated steel housing has built-in mounting brackets for wall or surface mounting and supports screw-locking cables. A universal power supply is included and StarTech.com provides a two-year warranty.
