Description
The Sharp LM551 is a 55" interactive display from Sharp's LM Series, aimed at small meeting spaces and interactive signage where responsive, professional-grade touch collaboration is needed. Its VA panel with Direct LED backlighting produces native 3840 x 2160 4K UHD resolution at 500 cd/m2 brightness and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. Infrared touch technology supports real 20-point multi-touch with +/-1mm accuracy and recognises finger, gloved and dual-tip stylus input, giving a natural pen-on-paper writing feel. An integrated Android 14 CTS-compliant SoC (quad Cortex-A53 plus quad Cortex-A73, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage) runs a built-in whiteboard, annotation overlay and wireless screen sharing directly from the display. The LM551 connects via three HDMI inputs (ARC on HDMI 3), an HDMI output, two USB-C ports (one with 65W power delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode 1.4), three USB-A 3.0 ports, USB-B, LAN and RS-232C, and is rated for 18/7 operation.
