Description

XS Wireless 1 Dual is the two-channel version of Sennheiser's entry-level professional wireless range. The sleek dual-channel receiver has built-in antennas and the same stripped-back interface as the single-channel XSW 1 systems, and the handheld transmitters carry Sennheiser's evolution e 825 dynamic cardioid capsule.

Two channels in one half-rack box is the point of this set: it covers a singer and a backing vocalist, or a presenter and a roving question microphone, from a single receiver and a single power supply. Automatic frequency management and synchronisation over a remote channel means neither transmitter has to be tuned by hand, and up to ten compatible channels can operate together.

This system is the B band, 614.000 - 638.000 MHz. Wireless microphone systems are sold per frequency band and the band is fixed in the hardware. Confirm the band suits your UK licensing position before ordering — Sennheiser states that use is subject to local RF regulations, which in the UK means holding the appropriate Ofcom PMSE licence for the range you intend to use, or working only within a licence-exempt range.
