Description

This is the suspension kit for Sennheiser's TeamConnect Ceiling Medium and TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus. It consists of three 5 m (16.4 ft) steel cables that can be adjusted to whatever installation height the room requires.

It exists because ceiling array microphones stop working properly when the ceiling is too high — atria, converted industrial spaces and lecture theatres all need the array brought down closer to the talkers. This kit is the manufacturer's own way of doing that, rather than an improvised bracket.

It is an accessory only: the microphone array itself is a separate purchase. Sennheiser's standard warranty is two years.
