Description

The Pro Plus SL525 is Dell's wireless speakerphone for huddle rooms, hot desks and travel. A 60mm dynamic driver rated at 8W RMS fills a small room, and four omni-directional MEMS microphones pick up voices within roughly 2.5 metres. Dell's dual-directional AI noise cancelling, full-duplex DSP and echo cancellation deal with the keyboard, corridor and air conditioning around them.It connects three ways: Bluetooth 5.3 with a 30 metre range, holding eight pairings and two simultaneous connections; the supplied USB-C receiver; or the integrated USB-C cable, with a USB-A adapter in the box. A 3,200mAh lithium-polymer cell gives 12 hours of talk time or 9 hours of music playback and recharges over USB-C in about two and a half hours.An IP64 rating means it is dust-tight and splash-resistant, so it survives being carried between sites in a bag. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and covered by a three-year limited warranty. Note that Dell describes the noise handling as AI-based noise cancelling rather than headphone-style ANC.
