Description

The VM55C-E is a 55-inch LCD panel built specifically for video walls — one tile in an array rather than a standalone signage screen. The IPS panel runs 1,920 x 1,080 at MAX 500 nit, and the chassis is rated for 24/7 operation, which is what a control room or a retail wall actually demands.

Bezel width is the number that matters in a wall build: Samsung quotes 1.74mm bezel-to-bezel for this model, so the seam between tiles stays close to invisible from normal viewing distance. Viewing angles are 178/178 and the panel accepts 2 HDMI inputs alongside DisplayPort and DVI, with RS-232 and RJ45 for daisy-chained control across the array.

The set measures 1212.2 x 683.0 x 70.4 mm and weighs 19.5 kg, mounting on a 600 x 400 mm VESA pattern; a video-wall mount with pull-out service access is normally specified rather than a flat wall bracket.
