Description
The KM24A-P is an accessory, not a display. It bolts to a Samsung KM24A kiosk to turn a touchscreen into a complete transaction point, adding the hardware a retail or hospitality kiosk needs once it has to take payment and issue a receipt.
The receipt printer is thermal, cuts automatically (full and partial) and runs at 250 mm/sec, taking 80mm paper rolls (20-83mm paper width, 0.05-0.12mm thickness). The scanner reads 1D, 2D codes from mobile screen and printed barcodes, covering the usual retail and ticketing symbologies. Three USB ports are provided for further peripherals, and there is a cradle for an EFT payment terminal.
On its own the module is 334.4(W) x 389.6(H) x 236.5(D) and 7.4 kg; assembled onto a KM24A kiosk the combined unit is 334.4(W) x 733(H) x 236.5(D) mm and 12.5 kg — Samsung quotes 25W/h for the assembled set on an AC 100~240V 50/60Hz supply, with a 2.4m power cable, protective glass and an optional floor stand. It is supplied to order alongside a KM24A kiosk.
