This is the mains power accessory for the Poly Studio E60 smart camera, supplied with a UK lead. The E60 draws more than a USB host can provide when it is running its pan-tilt-zoom head and on-camera processing, so a separate supply is required in most installations.

Because it is a UK-localised part, the lead is fitted with a BS 1363 plug rather than requiring a travel adapter.
